Delete Account Request – Bharosha Pay

At Bharosha Pay, we respect your privacy and provide users with a simple way to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

This page applies to users of the Bharosha Pay mobile application, operated by Deonics Technologies Private Limited.

Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Bharosha Pay account by emailing info@deonics.in. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Registered full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will verify account ownership using the registered details provided in your request before processing the deletion.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once your request is verified, we will delete or deactivate your account and associated personal data from active systems, where legally permitted.

After deletion, you may no longer access Bharosha Pay services such as:

  • KYC verification
  • Payment mandate services
  • Pay Pass
  • MasterKey
  • Customer/device records
  • Business profile
  • Related app services

Data That May Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, the following data may be deleted from active systems:

  • User account profile
  • Registered name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Registered email address
  • App login/session data
  • Business profile details
  • Non-essential support communication data
  • Non-essential app usage data

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, KYC, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. This may include:

  • KYC verification records
  • Bank verification records
  • Payment and mandate records
  • Transaction history
  • Invoice or tax records
  • Device financing or customer agreement records
  • Security logs required to prevent fraud or misuse
  • Records required under applicable Indian laws and regulatory obligations

Any retained data will be stored only for the period required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, or legitimate business compliance needs.

Partial Data Deletion Request

If you wish to request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account, you may email info@deonics.in and clearly mention the specific data you want deleted.

Please note that certain data may not be deleted immediately if it is required for legal, payment, KYC, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or regulatory compliance.

Processing Time

7 to 30 working days

Account and data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 working days from the date of verified request. Additional verification or compliance checks may be required, which could extend the processing time.
